Christmas is coming! Get your tickets now for our annual Christmas Concert on 13th December, from 6pm, at Allestree Woodlands School. We’re delighted that we’ll be joined by Stagecoach Derby on the evening, which will be in support of Umbrella Derby a support charity for children and young adults, and their families. We are excited to announce that we have recently started a new Developer Band. The Developer Band is ideal for players up to Grade 4 standard to play together. Currently, we have paused rehearsals for the summer holidays. We will return to rehearsals from Monday 8th September 2025 at 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Allestree Woodlands School, Blenheim Drive Allestree, Derby, DE22 2LW. For more information, contact us here.

Derwent Valley Wind Band is a community wind band for all ages. We rehearse from 6:00pm to 7:00pm (Developer Band), 6:45pm to 8:45pm (Main Band) on Monday evenings during term time in the Theatre at Allestree Woodlands School, Allestree, Derby.
